What is a fanlisting

What is this fanlisting about

This is the fanlisting for the relationship between Chibiusa (Sailorchibimoon) and Meioh Setsuna (Sailorpluto). To me, the two of them have one of the closest relationships as friends. Although they're close in the anime, I think the manga is what best shows how close they are.

Before Chibiusa came to visit Pluto, poor Pluto was left all alone at the Time Gate. It was obvious that she was lonely. Her and Chibiusa are kindred spirits in that way, because Chibiusa was lonely herself. Chibiusa was looked down upon because she was the daughter of Neo Queen Serenity, but didn't show any signs of having powers. Both Chibiusa and Pluto got rid of that loneliness when they met eachother. Chibiusa DID steal one of the time keys from Pluto, but, although she was somewhat angry, Pluto didn't feel as though Chibiusa did it to be cruel. Chibiusa really just did it because she wanted to save her mother, so she had a good cause.

It was pretty apparent that Pluto was saddened when Chibiusa became Black Lady, but in the end, it actually ended up being Pluto that showed Chibiusa that being evil wasn't the way to go. Chibiusa ended up breaking off from the Black Moon and her powers finally unlocked, making her become Sailorchibimoon, after Pluto died from stopping time.

Even though they're closest during the Black Moon arc (Sailormoon R), they continue to show their friendship throughout the series as well.
